We’re Warwickshire’s leading independently owned security service company. Since 2008, we’ve been providing protection and response services for various properties in Coventry, Warwick and surrounding areas.
Our Services offering Keyholding, alarm response, Patrols, Locking and Unlocking in Coventry, Warwickshire, Stratford Upon Avon & Leamington Spa amongst other areas.
Our approach is simple. We pride ourselves on our flexibility as well as our reliability, initiative and approachability.

Our Customer Promise
We will keep your keys and codes safe, in accordance with the British standards in key holding (BS7984:2001)
We will respond to you with urgency, always aiming to arrive within twenty minutes of the call (but often quicker).
We will never leave your site vulnerable; we will take whatever action is necessary to secure the premises.
We will only employ honest, reliable, licensed security officers, who we have vetted to BS7858 standard.
We will ensure that every one of our officers is trained and equipped to do the job properly, and has the common sense to stop problems from becoming worse.
Communicating with you:
We will patrol at the agreed times, or tell you why not (without you having to ask us)
We will make no extra charges for Bank Holidays, weekends, or call-outs that take longer to fix.
We will respond to issues, complaints or problems as soon as we can, but always within 24 hours.
If you choose to cancel our services for any reason, we will return keys and alarm fobs within 24 hours, without quibble.
