We can reset your fire panel at night, or on weekends, or any time that you want us to cover. We check the source of the alarm to confirm that there is no real fire, and leave you a report to tell you what happened.

Late night or weekend lock out
PatrolGuard can attend quickly to allow ‘lock outs’ into their rooms, anytime at night, or weekends day and night. We can check names against your list, if you wish, and record the resident’s name and room number for you, for re-billing. Some units just use us when the caretaker is away or off for the night, some use us every day. Sometimes we are asked to sort out late night arrivals at check-in.
Security Patrols
We can send a patrol to check the premises any time, 365 days a year. Some just use us at Christmas or Easter, one had us patrol every night for a month whilst they got their fire alarm sorted. Whatever you need, we have patrols out every day and every night.
